Build one!!! I couldn't get the water heater thermostat to work, it was 15-20 degrees before it would kick back on. Here's my thread, with pics on page 1 and 4....

Mine cost me about 60 bucks cause I didn't have anything lying around....The most expensive part was the thermometers....
