WANTED - old trophies and ribbons

Have a drawer full of old ribbons and rosettes? Is there a box in your attic that you can't close because of the tall trophies imprisoned therin? I have both, and I have been doing research on how to get rid of them. There are charity groups who sponsor athletic competitions for handicapped children, and they take donations of awards for the winners/ participants. So the kid wins a hundred meter dash, and she gets a troghy with a horse, or a chicken, or a rabbit on it? I can't imagine a child more tickled!

I can't pay you for your old awards, and I can't pay for shipping either. If you can get them to the Ohio National, though, I will be glad to take them from you and put them to good use. Just PM me, and we can make arrangements.

If you are willing to do some work, they can be made into really nice quilts and then donated for the charities to raffle off.
