I think so. It was mentioned they were thinking about using left over stuff from a tearing down of an old shed car port area.
I don't know what that gets called but we'll see.

I have a coop for resting n laying.
I live in Florida so I put shutters on it to lock up if needed for heavy blowing rain or wind during a hurricane. I also have ground anchors and straps to secure across the roof during the hurricane. I also use heavy Isenglass (heavy gauge clear plastic) to drop down on the door and buckle it in place. (Isenglass is what we use on the boat helm to keep us dry and protected from heavy wind or rain).
Otherwise, my coops are an open concept.
My girls are Happy, I'm Happy.

It occurred to me to add a photo of Camp Cockerel.

A bare-bones, minimal, medium-security coop for cull cockerels.
