WANTED: Show Quality Mille Fleur D'uccles

Hi I am really having the hardest time finding good-quality mille fleurs in the Southeastern US area. Anyone with some good contacts please let me know. Ideal has OK chickens but they're not turning out to what I was hoping for. Thanks, Nathan

Amen to that! It is really hard finding show quality d'uccles, I'm going to try breeding my own!

I don't think it's going to be very probable to get 'show quality' birds from any of the big hatcheries.

Yes, all the ones I have gotten so far have major quality issues...I'll keep looking!

Hey! I just sent you a PM. My lazy birds have finally started laying again

I didn't like the shell quality at first, so have bumped up the calcium. Am getting good eggs from all 3 hens, and have some chicks that have hatched as well.

Test hatchers had some clears earlier this year, but currently they seem to be doing as well as the Lavenders.

I need to get some new photos, though. Tennessee is even prettier than he used to be.
