Wanted: Slikie hens in Western WA

L&Schickens :

I have a bantam Cochin now and she will not sit for anything. I let her lay 15 of her own eggs before I finally took them, in hopes of trading them out for eggs I wanted her to hatch. So, I don't know about them.

But, I guess I would be willing to try her out again. I am just disappointed she showed zero interest in sitting on eggs.

roosterrescue I will think about your offer. I am not interested in breeding bantam cochins, so no roo needed, but if I had to take one to get a broody hen, I would.

LOL, Ok. You got me there but I ain't hatched them yet! LOL

I'd still check with Sheryl 'cause she was selling some "Cheapo's" at the show. I bet she's got some culls that she'd let you have cheap.

Good Luck and God Bless,
