L&Schickens :
I have a bantam Cochin now and she will not sit for anything. I let her lay 15 of her own eggs before I finally took them, in hopes of trading them out for eggs I wanted her to hatch. So, I don't know about them.
But, I guess I would be willing to try her out again. I am just disappointed she showed zero interest in sitting on eggs.
roosterrescue I will think about your offer. I am not interested in breeding bantam cochins, so no roo needed, but if I had to take one to get a broody hen, I would.
And briarpatchfarms, I am in Washington State
well my silkie had 25 eggs in with her then she left and went to another nest so i took them
