Wanted to buy @ Crossroads one or two POL pullets. These will be strictly for a backyard flock (with no roosters) so they do not need to be show or breeder quality and I am more than willing to take culls and mixes. As long as they will lay me some eggs I'll be happy. I am open to most large fowl breeds, but would be especially happy with Wyandottes (esp. BLRW as my husband has had his eye on this color since before we actually got our chickens), blue or green eggers, or marans. Due to the fact that my yard turns into a mud pit come spring I would really like to avoid feather footed breeds unless they are sparsely feathered. We will be coming into town late Friday and will be there all day Saturday. Please PM me if you have anything available.
