I propose an experiment. Force yourself to have a normal bedtime and wake-up time. Use an alarm clock for both, if you have to, but make it real and stick to the schedule. Eat normal meals - no special diet, no late night binging, just normal meals and snacks. Do it for two weeks. Three would be better (it takes 21 days to break/set a habit,) At the end of that time, report back with your findings. I'd lay money on most of your "symptoms" being under control.
You think I'm kidding or being smarta$$ with the suggestion, but I'm not. I did it back in my 20's and it changed everything for the better. I've slipped away from it, but I think it's time to do it again. It's tough, and I don't know if I can ... but I'll try if you will!
