A song from my childhood (yes a million years ago) from a record of stories—this one was about a mouse who wanted to have wings. A fairy granted his wish, but he was then feared by his own kind and rejected by the birds. This is the song sung to him by the wise old owl. In the end the fairy agreed to reverse the spell & mousie lived happily ever after. I propose an experiment. Force yourself to have a normal bedtime and wake-up time. Use an alarm clock for both, if you have to, but make it real and stick to the schedule. Eat normal meals - no special diet, no late night binging, just normal meals and snacks. Do it for two weeks. Three would be better (it takes 21 days to break/set a habit,) At the end of that time, report back with your findings. I'd lay money on most of your "symptoms" being under control.
You think I'm kidding or being smarta$$ with the suggestion, but I'm not. I did it back in my 20's and it changed everything for the better. I've slipped away from it, but I think it's time to do it again. It's tough, and I don't know if I can ... but I'll try if you will!
Nah it’s okay, I know you’re not being either of those things and just trying to help. And you’re right that a lot, maybe most, of them can be caused by that and/or diet and I know that but there are also some that can’t be and/or that still show up even when I get plenty of sleep and eat right so :confused: I think I’m going to still get tested just so I feel better and know either way but I will also try this and see. But sometimes when I get enough sleep, I’m still tired. Maybe it’s just being overtired or sleeping too much, idk.
 
You really need to cut back on the disposable plastic stuff. Climate change is real, and this sort of stuff doesn't help. Read the water report for your area. Your tap water is perfectly drinkable.
Better yet, read the water report for the place the water was bottled ... because it came from a tap in New York, nowhere near any Crystal Geysers and about as far from an "Alpine" environment as you can get!
If it makes you feel better - or "safer," invest the money you would spend on a couple of cases of that "special" stuff on a DIY water filter. Then you can use the empty "Crystal Geyser" jugs to put your own "purified water" in your fridge! Saving money, supporting local business and reducing shiping emission, and helping the environment through reuse recycling ... all in one.
 
Thank you!! This is extremely helpful and definitely makes me feel better! I do have the Fitbit and I think it tracks the heart rate over time too. I’m not sure if it’s slow or not, I don’t think so, but do have a lot of the other stuff and it is in the family so I think it would be worth at least checking for sure. I’m gonna feel really dumb if this fixes stuff, like that it’s so easy and I didn’t do it sooner :lau I know it probably won’t but still.
Don't feel "dumb" if you have an easy fix. Feel "lucky" and "blessed! "

Where would I find that information? Do they really lie? :ep isn’t that illegal here? Cause it says it was bottled at the spring source?? Wait a second..... BOTTLED at the spring source doesn’t necessarily mean the water is from that spring!?!? So not a lie!? Clever wording! :ep :th 😤 it does say they plant trees though as part of some “environmental restoration” thing. Not that that makes a difference though with the plastic they use 😂🤣

In all seriousness though, these were $1 each at Dollar Tree and I just needed water to go with my lunch. I figured it was a good deal and I could drink out of the same one all day and refill them when I get home. I’m not gonna be near anywhere where I can get tap water today. When I’m home I try to drink out of the fridge.
 
I do like morning whenever I have gotten up early, it’s peaceful and everything for sure, but that might be a little too early or fast at least at first to go from staying up almost that late to getting up then 😂🤣 but I am definitely going to try going to bed earlier and then maybe I’ll naturally get up early. ❤ And no going back to sleep anymore either 😂🤣
Nope. If you go to bed early, set your alarm for a decent hour the next day ... and stick to it. That's the only way you'll get it to work. Otherwise, your sleep schedule will be all over the place, which is worse than a regular way-too-late schedule.
If you like the feeling of staying up late because it's quiet, think of getting up really early as trading tired quiet time for rested quiet time. You'll enjoy your alone time more if you are actually alert enoug hto be aware of the world!
