The BPA in the plastic leaches into the water. The more you reuse them, the more BPA leaches into the water. The older they get, the worse they get.

Nope. If you go to bed early, set your alarm for a decent hour the next day ... and stick to it. That's the only way you'll get it to work. Otherwise, your sleep schedule will be all over the place, which is worse than a regular way-too-late schedule.
If you like the feeling of staying up late because it's quiet, think of getting up really early as trading tired quiet time for rested quiet time. You'll enjoy your alone time more if you are actually alert enoug hto be aware of the world!

Hmm that’s a good point but I do usually wake up at a reasonable hour if I go to sleep early enough. I just usually am still really tired and go back to sleep I’ll try not this time and I might try the alarm thing but I’m always way more tired being jolted awake like that. But I guess I would get used to it. The Fitbit actually has an option for a gentler wake up not during deep sleep so you feel less groggy haha might try that but idk if it would wake me up. It just vibrates on your wrist and I am a heavy sleeper I’m not sure if I would be alone morning either cause my dad is usually up but maybe I could go for a walk or something.

And both are due pretty much solely on her being built like a brick outhouse and being willing to show every inch of her skin with anyone and everyone who wants to see it - all while making blatantly sexual come and get it moves ... It's all a shok factor show for people who either want to have her or want to be her. Talk about Fake News ... there's your poster child, right there!
