Ironically, my maternal grandparents were born in Ancona , Italy, on the Adriatic, Coast of Italy, I know no connection,but, was surprised to see Ancona

So, there are Ancona ducks, we lived upstairs from my grandparents for 10 years, had chickens, ducks, rabbits, loved it.

where would you even get one? they seem so rare and hard to find...

also, do magpies come in other colors like blue and brown?

Haha, the line up picture is one of my all time favorites. I was actually spraying them with a hose that had a watering nozzle, but they all line up like that now when it rains

I got Oddball (whether she is a blue or silver) at the feed store, not knowing what she was. I was intending on getting all runner but ended up getting what i thought was two black runners, two KCs and Oddball. .. the 'runners' ended up being cayugas and Oddball ended up being an Ancona
