Wanting to swap eggs for the spring of 2018?

I have bantam frizzled and smooth Cochin's, showgirls, and silkies, although not a lot of any of them. They're young and no one's laying yet but hopefully in the spring. I'm going to put my showgirl roo in with my silkie girls and frizzled girl. I'm going to put my frizzled roo in with my showgirl girls and smooth Cochin girls. So there should be silkies, showgirl, Cochin's, frizzled and smooth. I just mix the colors since they aren't show.

I love every single one of those breeds except the show girls. No offense they are gorgeous birds but I just couldn’t imagine having a chicken without hair on its neck. I’m always interested in silkies and I’ve wanted a cochin or two and also I’ve been so curious about frizzle! An assortment would be so cool if not an assortment maybe all frizzle!

Okay, if you do send mixed Polish, if possible, I would like them with Silkie blood. When we swap, his or me know if the eggs coming are mixed, pure, or some of both please!

Oh for sure I was planning on labeleling each egg by adding a piece of paper with what it is in the bag but no marks on the egg rest assured just a little paper in the bubble wrap bag that’s wrapped twice for good measure.

does this mean I should pick up silkie cockerel soon ? I know where to get one if I want one but all my girls have extra toes although there is a lavender ameracauna in there now

Lol. I originally got the showgirls because they are ugly as sin, but they grew on me. They are super sweet docile birds. I do have a mature showgirl and silkie and the showgirl by far is the superstar mother. Since she started laying she pretty much lays one egg and goes broody. Raises them 3-4 weeks and starts again. She'll hatch out or mother anything I put under her. She raised the Cochin's for me. She'd raising a single little showgirl now. The dang silkie got a crop issue and hasn't laid in who knows how long. I'm not sure she'll lay again. But I have the younger silkie who I'm hoping will lay eventually. I do understand showgirls are not for everyone. I sure haven't had trouble finding new chicks homes though. Here's a pic of my frizzled Cochin's. I think they are so pretty. pics are a little old. they're a bit bigger and filled out feather-wise more.
