Warm enough in Central Florida?

I have 11 3-week-old chicks. They are between 60% to 70% feathered. They are being raised inside in spare bedroom. It's probably 75 degrees in the room they are in. It's 72 degrees outside. They do not spend much time under the heating plate, probably more for security than for warmth. I am wondering if it's ok for them to spend the day outside in their "baby coop." I purchased an Omlet Eglu with 6ft run for their transition from brooder to big-girl coop. It's super sunny out. Maybe for 1 hour? Thoughts? Thank you in advance.
