We have no vets that take poultry. And unfortunately live in the middle of nowhere

The more digging I do the more I keep coming back to infection.
I am now thinking that since she has already been laying funny eggs and then passed this massive thing that she is bound to have a serious infection and is going to need strong antibiotics quickly.

I think a strong antibiotic like Baytril might be the only option for you if you are able to order some online, since a vet is out of the question.

I do not think she will get better with out a strong antibiotic.

I do not believe this is a lash egg either.

I don't think your thing is a lash egg but I think it is highly possible she does have Salpingitis.
