They even guarantee the pullets, so if you get the wrong sex they pay you back.The people here will take any sickly chicks in the back for extra care, and even took care of a deformed duckling until it was strong enough to be givem to a 4h kid.

No, it is just don't buy chicks from tractor supply. Trashing and insulting them isn't going to convince them to train workers or stop selling chicks.
