Stripestar bit back a yelp of surprise as Sagestar's attack hit. Snarling, she clawed at Sagestar's chest and underside as Stripestar was forced down.

Sagestar snarled angrily as Stripestar's claws tore down her skin. She reared up, and flung her paws down at Stripestar, claws unsheathed, down at the she-cat's head.

Stripestar rolled, dodging the potentially lethal blow by a hair. Hopping to her feet, she got on her haunches and took a swipe at Sagestar with glinting claws.

Sagestar yowled angrily, leaping aside, though not quick enough. Stripestar's claw hooked her pelt, tearing a small gash. Hoping to catch the she-cat off guard, Sagestar swung her paw at Stripestar's head, claws unsheathed.

Stripestar hissed as she felt the claws tear 3 long scratches down her jaw. In her peripheral vision, she saw a queen, heavy with kits, fighting even though her water had nearly broke. She raised her head to yowl, "enough blood has been spilled! ShadowClan, retreat!" She turned tail and began to crest the moor.

Stripestar hissed as she felt the claws tear 3 long scratches down her jaw. In her peripheral vision, she saw a queen, heavy with kits, fighting even though her water had nearly broke. She raised her head to yowl, "enough blood has been spilled! ShadowClan, retreat!" She turned tail and began to crest the moor.

Sagestar spread her paws, just barely holding her weight. She yowled in triumph, and the rest of Windclan did as well.

Shadowpelt hissed furiously, and turned tail; "This isn't over fish-faces!" He snarled.

"Your arrogance will be the downfall of you, WindClan!" Sandytail yowled, before pelting after her leader.
