Thistleclaw heard his name, then nodded.

"Wow," Troutfur mewed, nodding.

Mapleshade glanced at Thistleclaw, then looked back to Owlpaw. "You are going to be kept so busy, you hardly won't have any time to screw around in ShadowClan's territory or Twolegplace," she went on. "For starts, I want you cleaning out the elders' den and checking them for ticks every day until I say otherwise. There also won't be any battle training until I see some responsibility from you. Got it?"

Somberly, Owlpaw nodded.

"I remember when I was an apprentice," Specklefur mewed, "I got in trouble so much and had to clean out the elders' den so many times it's not even funny."
