~Warriors RP~ ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan, ShadowClan

Silverstripe ran. How far she went, she didn't know or care. "Silverstripe! Wait!" Crowfrost called as she zipped by him. But she didn't show any signs of hearing him. Instead, she collapsed just outside ShadowClan territory (she's in the woods that Yellowfang had Brokenstar in.) and let her tears stream down, her body racking with sobs. She hadn't felt so much pain in her life.

"Troutfur!" Specklefur purred, brushing her muzzle into his shoulder.

DuskPelt sighed and continued moving; a recluse she was, but she had a terrible secret of her own that she dared not let anyone know of. Instead, she slipped slyly along the grass, her eyes focused on the grass, her fangs sinking deeper into the bird's carcass as she thought, her teeth gnashing in anger. Something was wrong! Something was very wro--

--"Hello..." a flirty Tom purred from atop a tree branch. He was quite high up, too. DuskPelt rolled her eyes and spat, "What do you want, SlenderPaw?"

Shadowpelt purred in happiness, swamped by his sons. Silverstream grinned, setting Rainkit down. "What are your names?" Shadowpelt asked, pulling them off of his fur. "I'm Ashkit!" "I'm Shadowkit!" They squeaked. "This is Rainkit." Silverstream said gently, nudging the timid kit towards her father. Shadowpelt blinked in surprise upon seeing her eyes. Shut tight, and unopened. "Silverstream she's-" He was cut off by a silencing glare from Silverstream.

"Hello, darling." Troutfur meowed, entwining his tail with her's.

"How are you?" Specklefur mewed. "I missed you; I haven't seen you for a while!"

After a while, Silverstripe forced herself to rise to her paws. Crying over Shadowpelt wouldn't get her anywhere, much as she longed for him. Padding back to the camp, she was greeted by Crowfrost.

"Where were you?" He asked, concerned.

"I took a walk," Silverstripe lied. She knew that Crowfrost was falling for her.

Crowfrost furrowed her brow. "No, you didn't. You've been crying. What's wrong? You can tell me anything; I won't tell anyone, I promise."

Silverstripe let out a long, mournful sigh, fighting back tears all over again. "I-I love Shadowpelt," she meowed. She saw a look of hurt appear in Crowfrost's eyes.

"I'm fine! How are you?" Troutfur purred, rubbing his head against her chin.

(Timeskip to when Shadowpelt comes home?)

"Great," she smiled. "Duskkit, Smokekit, and Littlekit will be apprenticed tomorrow. I hope Sagestar lets me mentor one of them."

(Sure)

Crowfrost and Silverstripe walked back to camp. Crowfrost gave Silverstripe a lick on the ear as they entered through the tunnel.

"Mentoring sounds fun. Although I've never done it." Troutfur smiled, licking her ear.

Shadowpelt sat down, grooming the last of the Riverclan scent from his fur. Then he rubbed his sides on the edge of his nest, and padded out.

Dovewing greeted the two cats as they walked in. "Congratulations on becoming a warrior Silverstripe." She rasped. She always had a favorite spot for the pretty she-cat.

"I just hope mine isn't like Owlpaw," she mewed jokingly, taking a paw and swiping it over her ear.

"Thank you, Dovewing," Silverstripe meowed politely, settling down to share a starling with Crowfrost.
