One of my hens recently has had this horrid wart cyst wound-looking thing appear by her face and I'm really worried. Does anyone know what it is and how to treat it? Should I keep her away from the other chick, hens & roosters?

The photo is unclear.
Is the scabbing inside the ear or on the earlobe?

It may be an ear canker.

Does she have any lice/mites or any lesions or pasty material inside the beak?
No, she doesn't. How would I treat an ear canker?

It's hard to tell where exactly the scab is due to the feathers, but unless you can still see her ear canal to the edge of the bump, it seems like an ear canker to me which is actually an ear infection (not sure why they are called "cankers") and needs antibiotics. There are several different kinds of bacteria that can cause this and some have become resistant to antibiotics so if at all possible I would take her to a vet who can test to see what bacteria you're treating and prescribe the best antibiotic and dosage. The vet can also remove all the pus blocking the ear and give her some pain meds because that's gotta be hurting. Though I don't think of ear infections as contagious per se, it wouldn't hurt to separate her from the flock as she's probably shedding some of the bacteria around the coop.

Look at the other side of her head for the ear canal and see if that is where this thing is located. Take a picture. Ear infections can appear like this, but if it is not in the ear, a tumor or abscess could be suspected.

Do you have vet care?

It doesn't look like it's in the ear canal, but you'll have to investigate that further. If it's in the ear canal, then if she were mine, I'd treat for Canker.
Otherwise, it may be a tumor or abscess. Does it seem like the center is a scab or plug that would come loose if you worked on it with a compress and a drop of Peroxide?

No, to vet care.
But yes about the scab, I have been putting a bit of peroxide & and antibiotics on it, treating it like a canker and it does seem to be going down.
