Wart like growths on eyes and beaks of chicks.

Have a set of 2 week old chicks that started having wart like growths. They get larger and deform what ever structure they are near (beak or eye). They seem to spread one to another, not to the hen though. Treated with Duramycin, piprazine and apple cider. Nothing helped. Last set that had this all died. What is it?
