Is it LF or bantem? The large fowl Cochins are taking forever to mature. And if you google pictures of Cochin cockerals- most of them don't have saddle or hackle feathers. Yours does have a very big comb. I have 13 week old Cochins too, and I'm hoping for a boy- but none of mine are as developed as yours. I think you have a cockeral. My girls are still sporting tiny pale combs and have almost no wattles at all. But- it could surprise you! Good luck!

Here are a couple of my pullets for comparison, I think you probably have a boy, but lots of people say Cochins are the sweetest roos.
