The little one in the last picture looks like a red-shouldered silver duckwing color . the bird with the gold in the red in the white. That's a color that doesn't breed true. I'm not sure why a Brahma breeder would use it unless they were mixing colors?
I'll wait and see what somebody else says but I don't think I would have paid $100 for these birds. where's the depth of breast? I'm not a Brahma person but how old are these birds?
From what I know of the breed it's all about breadth, depth, width and mass. unless these are very young birds, I'm not seeing it here.
Well it could be like what happened to me. you spend a lot of money for birds from someone who was too novice to know what a really good Brahma looks like.

Grab your search engine and look up Sam Brush in Texas. he's a Hall of Fame Brahma breeder. last I heard was President of the American Poultry Association. ask Sam what he thinks. I don't think you're going to get a much better opinion than that . I have found these Elites in the breeds to be so very helpful . You will also find his contact info ( I think) in the Judges Directory at the website for the American Poultry Association. When I have a question like yours about a breed, I always find an elite in the breed to answer me.
and they always have helped me.
Best ,

This happened to me in Marans one time. I spent $150 for 12 rare color chicks. the breeder was so excited they knew what they were doing. all 12 chicks were a mess and I gave them away.
live and learn,

They're not terrible, but not worth $100 in my opinion. The rooster looks to be a very messy Light. But he as decent shape and feathering, but his comb is to large. The Splash hen has a nice shape but poor color. The other one looks like a young Lavender Columbian pullet, she doesn't look nearly fully mature to me. Also a very rare color. This trio is not going to breed true however, your going to get a wide variety of colored offspring.

The last one is a mixed color cockerel. I wouldn't use him for breeding at all.

Here's a link to some pics from American Brahma Club.

Their coloring looks a bit messy and last one may be a mix or maybe breeder was working on some different colors and you ended up with ones that didn't fit their criteria. I'm sorry, but I do think you paid too much. Check out the APA or the link I sent for some reputable Brahma breeders in your area. If you choose to get different ones for breeding/showing or for your own info check out the SOP info before ya get more... educate yourself thoroughly before picking out more. That way this doesn't happen again. No bird is perfect but that will give you the needed info to strive for.

Ya always got to do your research on birds if what you are after is breeder or show stock. Folks will always be willing to make a quick buck on someone with no idea what they are looking for.

Money don't grow on tree's do your reasearch and don't trust just anyone. If I were you i would at least contact the seller and ask for a different trio or some choice'd very unmistakable straight forward questions regarding the breed and the way they are breeding.

The OP is in Lebanon. Are Brahmas common in your country or are they a rare breed?
They are rare
I didnt know that brahma should have well known color, i thought i just must be big with lots of feathers
That is sad, but it wont matter, i like my new buddies, i hope they give me lots of babies in the spring
