Uh well just posted yesterday that I was looking to buy some duck eggs, neighbors brought over two whom look extremely far along... did I just speak this into existence?

All jokes aside I have no clue what day were on, she said the mother (Runner) has been sitting for a few weeks, got taken this morning along with about half her flock. She's pretty upset and just doesn't want to deal with them. So here we are... I've taken the best pictures I can by myself on the floor of my closet. I've got a diy incubator for now , been looking at hovas, anyways... uh help don't want to lose them, what's my best course of action here???

I have seen movement and
very slightly rocking in incubator if that helps any

Temp 98 humidity 57 - what do I need to change it too?

Thank you, I've been reading up on humidity, temp, lockdown, pip etc.. wondering if I should lockdown or wait a day or two.. been trying to compare to candeling charts

Are you sure you see movement inside those? Egg 2 looks like it has quit, to me. And the 2nd pic of Egg1 looks like some clear area without veins? But if you see movement, the air cells look plenty big, I'd go ahead with high humidity. 65-70%ish.

I do see movement and rocking in incubator but from looking at pictures on here and google mine do look different... I'm going to keep lurking around here trying to find all the info I can find. My neighbor gave me no more information then "shes been sitting for a few weeks" so I really don't have a calendar to compare too. I'll keep checking for rocking without opening and I'll up the humidity. I guess if nothing else this will give me a few days of insight before I order eggs.
