Hello I was curious to know if this egg was firtil.?

I see neither in the pic provided. But it could be on the bottom of your yolk.

The bits you see are not tissue development.....that is the chalazae and a couple of blood spots. The germinal disc (that would show fertilized or no) is not visible and is likely on the underside of the yolk
