Washing chickens

It’s been very muddy were I am recently, resulting in muddy hens, I decided I need to wash them, but will human shampoo work, I used the last of my pet shampoo on my great Dane

I have head and shoulders sensitive skin and Tesco’s own brand anti-dandruff shampoo.
