You can also make your own Texas caviar...it is easy !

Texas Caviar is a mixture of corn, beans, onion, cilantro, maybe a few other things, in an Italian dressing. Think Mexican food. Can't get in too much trouble now!

I have a couple of recipes with Guinness that I'd like to make...one I tried last year (cupcakes); the other I haven't tried (sandwich whoopie type things). It would be good for me to time all this baking with the potluck so I don't eat them all.

When is lunch happening? Noon? I have an appt in Woodinville until 11:00 and will be up after that, but DH will be bringing DS a little later - probably not until 1:00 or so.
