Hi Ceilo! Welcome from another newbie. I was just driving through your part of the country, on my way from Portland to North Idaho (near Kellogg). I wagon 84 across the river from you...but I always find myself gazing at the rolling hills across the river from, Dufur, Arlington etc. When I was little I thought they looked like the toes of a giant. Love that you took your name from Ceilo Falls...
