Not a scam. and i'm not asking anyone in here for money. Just ideas for how i could raise money for her.

she should be asking rescues for dog food if she is that broke- they can often help. So can food banks. Someone from Ohio taking a dog in shold be asking people in Ohio, not WA to help feed it, IMHO.

rant: I know lots of folks take in pregnant dogs, then turn around and try to sell the puppies on CL. I can't beleive the puppies they list on CL as "labrador" -with 4 white feet! or big white patch on chest!- and try to sell for $300! .

Several folks on this thread have actually hatched eggs and kept chicks warm during power outages, comes to mind Cheryl, who hatched cage birds in her ample cleavage, and Red Rooster farm's Anna, who had so many Serama's in lockdown when the ice storm hit last winter & took out her power: she put eggs everywhere in every pocket & under her shirt ! AND THEY HATCHED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hence she is now the "Pocket Chicken Champion" !!!!!!!!!!!

That is a great story! Love it!

That is a neat shed! It needs to have a new life as a chicken habitat!!

I am going to get the last bits of the "inner" brooder ready for Itsren's baby chicks tomorrow!!! I am super excited, but kinda bummed I won't be able to meet her. Next time! Have a good night y'all

she was asking me because we're friends. And because she's my friend I was trying to think of ideas. I'll tell her to ask some rescues if they can help her with food for the dog. I never thought of that. Thank you.

here, here! they used to shoot steroids into my ankle- son of a gun- those hurt.

Yes, I have had them in my shoulders and elbow. If it works though, instant relief.
