Hello washington (and oregon it seems) chicken folks. My name is paul and I am very new to this site. I will be at the poultry show for a while on Saturday and look forward to it very much. I saw some posts about a pot luck, andwould like to offer bring something if there is still anything needed.

But I'm really looking forward to seeing a non-allergic TPT Saturday. The question then becomes...will i recognize him if he isn't reacting to all the pollen?

Yeah, but this stuff had actual flour, too.

I managed to break the inside of my mouth out something wicked. The only new thing I've had was the Savanna Smiles GS cookies, after reading the lable down to the end: no sunflower seed or oil, no nuts at all, and canker sores all over. I am not well pleased (but am glad I don't have issues with meats (other than pork), gluten or dairy, as that's about all I can still eat, one way or another).

Of course given my luck, I've developed a sensitivity to my toothpaste, or something.

Tapioca is a "high reactive" food. AKA tapioca starch. (67c/lb)
Have you isolated this?

I just got tested for hundreds of things and had no reaction to anything.

I have a question for all of you GF-bakers out there. Can I just follow a recipe that calls for regular flour and substitute GF flour, or do I need a recipe that calls for GF flour in the first place? Do baking times differ? HELP!
