Well my hova-bator has been running steady for the last 24 hours. It is running between 99.5 and 99.8 degrees and is steady at 52% humidity. So I am happy with that. Fingers crossed all goes well for our first attempt at hatching.

I will occasionally do a scald and scrape on a whole hog for parties, but regular processing on pigs and cows goes to the butcher.
