I am the worst of all. I don't think I can get pulled pork pulled off because I forgot to get it out of the freezer. I will come up with something good and homeade though.

I can come up with homemade garlic-tahini dressing for the Kale salad but the cookies are not looking too good.

I'll come up with something else, maybe from Whole Foods deli..

I was doing fine all day, and then on my way back from an errand, decided I was starving, so I just NEEDED a sack of kettle corn from Whole Foods. Honestly, I know better- I know that I am so sensitive to corn it's not even funny. For people with autoimmune disorders it causes massive inflammation in my joints-pain like severe rheumatoid arthritis. I got home from my errands and as I got out of my truck- I remembered very well just exactly poisonous corn is to my body. Ouch! I feel like such an idiot. I know better!

I took 3 ibuprofen and was able to hang in there for awhile. DH and I worked on the chicken coop/shed this evening, got the wood cut for the next boxes, made the shelf supports, then it got dark and we got hungry. I can't be on my feet any longer.

I'm 20 pages behind on messages.......

CarolynF, I have mint, but had no time to dig it. it's at our other property- the opposite direction from Monroe. I've also got pineapple mint (variegated). If you don't get some right away, I will be sure to meet up with you soon.

PBJLS- I'll definitely take some of your CORN-free feed- if you are bringing it?.

Unsure when we will arrive there- my son doesn't want to come this time, so will have to wait for his caregiver to come over....

Well Since I am bringing the clown car and am limited on space. I am bringing pre-ordered items and "NO MESS CHICKENS". Do you know something that you want. I still have room for a small bell and a few flat items. IF you want something I need to know soon. PLEASE PM me or TEXT BEFORE 11:00 tonight.

Just in case anyone's interested in buying beef the most old fashioned way: the last of last year's calves, minus heifers held as replacements, minus steers we'll be raising, minus whatever calves have been sold.


eta: the Angus calve have been playing in the clay-bottomed swamp, I see.
