This is Luna at 7 weeks. She was the runt of the litter and about the size of a 5 week old kitten.
This is Luna on Valentines day, hiding behind my hubby's gift. She is only 11 pounds and seems to have vision and hearing issues along with the siezures.
I really want to get a dog for 2 reasons: 1) help herd the 5 girls when I have to move them between the tramp-o-tractor and the pen, 2) to run with me now that I'm getting moving again. The hubby, however, doesn't want another animal as our Luna is having more siezures. She had one today and I have no clue what set her off this time. The vet drew blood last Friday to test and see if there is an obvious reason why she is having siezures. I know he wants to treat it and make her safe and confortable, and doesn't want to put her down unless we can't control it and it's causing her harm. I feel so bad for my baby Luna.A great picture! A keepsake for sure!![]()

I have a seven week old Light Sussex that is a boy and needs to find a new home. Anyone interested in a rooster for your flock, you can have him for free. (If he's going to freezer camp, it'll be our freezer.) This picture was from a couple days ago...they are off heat now and running around with the big flock. Let me know if you'd like him, his name is Henry (used to be Henrietta!)
