Got something done today at least. As I am getting much closer to being ready for some chickens to come stay with me I thought it would be a good idea to have something to transport them in. This is what I came up with. I'll install the door tomorrow.

That is very nice, well done. May I offer a suggestion? A piece of floor covering would make cleaning very easy, but perhaps you are going to paint it?
What are the dimensions?

Thanks. I know a cardboard box would work fine. I made this with mostly scrounged/curb alert materials I already had on hand that were not going to be used for anyting else anyway. Besides, I could. It was a cool diversion to make it while paint dried on the side panels for my coop.

I'm in North Seattle. Yes, I'm very close to Rainwolf. Your chicken list looks alot like I'd like mine to be at some point.

Thanks. Suggestions are ALWAYS welcome. I have some apple dividers from the produce man to line the bottom with. Should make for some easy clean up. I don't think I'll paint it though, we'll see.

Front to back it's 3 feet, floor to top 2 feet, and 1.5 feet wide at the front and back.

Rain wolf , honeysuckle hills and I have been busy building gates and fences--it's so nice to have help!

I'll very soon have a poop free patio and yard.
