Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

Put it in a small tub or bucket, fill with distilled or non chlorinated water to about an inch above the feed and 1/2 cup vinegar and let it sit for 3-4 days or until it's bubbling. If it soaks up all the water add a bit more to cover. Once it's fermented strain the grains out and feed to the birds. Save the liquid and add more grains/feed/veg etc and water, do the same every day. I've had the same ferment bucket going for almost 2 years now.
You need a still !

It happens, sometimes things get exciting and a conversation takes off... the rain and wind were interesting to say the least, and the Hawks, boy the Hawks. They did win and I'm thankful for that.

Remember who wanted to see the extra Lav Orp cockerel I have ?

That's him on the left, Beta Cockerel

They weren't too keen on me following with a camera...

Cockerel on the lft is the one to go. They are 5 1/2 mo old...Big boyz. Very good, non flighty as Orps are.
Cockerel on the right is my Alpha, which I will keep...wow the mud looks awful, it was that 3 1/2" of rain day when I took these pics
