My walkway is so colorful ! So many baby foxglove in the mix.... Go ahead & just try to clean your boots off ! The colors are amazing...love the PNW !!

Thoughts please?

My lone Silkie survivor is back outside in a more secure coop now... She was getting too restless with the 2 week old chicks in the brooder... But she is all by herself. She is way too small to be with my main flock because she is less than 1/4 of their size and they also free range, which she does not like to do. I have been looking around for a Silkie pullet but can't find any close by... However there are plenty of Silkie Roos. Would it be detrimental to her if i put a roo in with her? Just worried he might "over-mate" her?

I did see some other bantams, but the owners mentioned that they either free range or are flighty... So might defeat the purpose if one free ranges and the other doesn't... So just thought I would try to stick to the Silkie breed...
