Tramadol is the only pain killer I can take, and so welcome last gallstone attack !!!
I like it better than any opiod...which I am deathly allergic to...
Opiod... is also too harsh for me besides I do not
want to be addicted.. I may be able to make it 4 days I do not do much
without any but then need 4 or 6 when I get to active ie weedeating or

shoveling or building my greenhouses or garden fence

If you give them MEDICATED FEED, then they do not need it in their water, you only give Amprolium either in the water, or the feed, otherwise, you are overmedicating.

Amprolium is the medication that kills off the "cocci"........it is found in many  forms, one of which is the name brand "Corid"
Corid is Amprolium, and there is amny more.
And the Medication in "Medicated Feed" IS AMPROLIUM......so please make sure you are doing either or...and not giving BOTH MEDICATED FEED AND MEDICATED WATER............thanks.

;)

Nope, just medicating the water. I read 7 days, and we're on day 5. They're all doing wonderfully. They're really starting to warm up to us too. They were all 3 eating out of my hand this morning and letting me pet them

June 4th Poultry Show in Chehalis

They don't do much about spreading the word so thought I'd post a screen print of the info. here

thanks, this is a new event...so what do they plan in the fall now ?
And I agree with you about them posting...you'd think paying membership fees every year would get you a flyer (hard or soft copy) once a month ?

I keep my hatchlings on Corid in their water (and vitamines) until they are about 1-2 months old.
Then watch...if you seen bloody poos, add Corid to their drinking water right away for a 1 week treatment.
If their bloody poos are bad (and go on for a while) there can be alot of intestinal damage & adding a tetracycline product to the water may help heal the gut also (for that 1 week) Sulmet....is the best (as I recall) but please remember that antibiotics will help heal the gut AFTER the parasites have been destroyed by the Amprolium (Corid)...so many try to give antibiotics alone and they have no effect whatsoever on parasites, or protozoa (I think the cocci are protozoa, still a freaking parasite in my book!)
After the round of antibiotics (and Corid) you can give yogurt in their feed for a few days to help boost their gut flora, and ACV in their water helps...good luck!
