We have this really cool old boat a Chrysler Valiant made for car clubs
to tow behind their cars but it has not seen water this year

between chickens, domes, garden and yard work..........
not to mention back nad forth to Oly over my Mom..
getting 6 pullets from Gena tomorrow God willing
ultrasound on my leg yesterday Doc is afraid I may have lump
in my calf

Well the boat sounds cool!
can you show a pic of it ?

Hi fellow Battle Ground resident. Unless you have a HOA that says differently The City of Battle Ground does not have any regulations on poultry, including male chickens.

Hi BGMatt, glad to meet another B.G. resident here.

We really like to keep our rooster so I tried to contact the city of Battle Ground for more information and received the below email. We are not in an HOA, still we will try to see if the No Crow Velcro will help reduce our rooster noise level once he start crowing.

That is an interesting fun fact about the word "Rooster".

Thank you everyone for your input about chicken roost. Some of our hens just doesn't seem to roost.


Email from Code Compliance Officer with the City of Battle Ground:

Battle Ground Municipal Code title 6 deals with Animals. Currently, Chickens are allowed within the city limits of Battle Ground. The code does not state a limit for the number of Chickens you can have but I would recommend that if you have a small lot you have fewer chickens than on a larger lot. BGMC 6.10.185 states that Roosters are not allowed within city limits of Battle Ground.

Hello!We are looking for some brahma hatching eggs! We've got a broody brahma! I can't find them anywhere though. I can't even find a hatchery in WA. Thoughts?

I have to run out to dels for shavings one of the guys has my 9 Brahmas
not sure if he has a roosters but I will ask
and welcome

Boat! - well once the house is paid off -
With both will need a truck to pull so lay.. no major purchase until the house is paid off unless it's a working car.
