Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

I'd like get advise on how to bring hens back into production without waiting forever, or until may?
I live in S Thurrston county.
Welcome do you give additional light? I put my girls on flock raiser 20% for
the winter shredded wheat, crushed egg shell with a white light in coop from 5 am to 8 pm

Ours usually lay all winter without supplemental lighting but they stopped not long ago. Rebar Ranch ran out of Flock Raiser so we fed a layer pellet until they got more. I wonder if that had a negative effect on their laying. I have been blaming the cold and the stress of our new LGD going into their coop so I had not considered the feed change to be a possible factor. We have also stressed the flock by selling some hens as a flock reduction prior to hatching, which I will start once they are laying again.

I have taken such a long break from hatching due to my injury and surgery that I am looking forward to starting up again as it warms up (when the eggs get too cold I don't even try hatching them). I have a Silkie sitting on eggs but nothing in the incubators. We still have plenty of eggs to eat in the fridge so I am going to make quiche and boil some for egg sandwiches to clear them out.

We had huge winds the last hour was drizzling here this am lightened here the rain
although darn winds are still here best egg client wanted his eggs today takes 2 to 4 dozen at a time
call him my hippie client moved to a large old home here in town grand old home

Windy here and snowing pretty hard stinking snow drifts are getting bigger and covering driveways and trails looks like I will be out with the snow blower again tomorrow.
No we had to warm up to rain so snow is melting but the ice is holding
