That last picture is hilarious. I have not been on here much since the format of the forum changed. I have looked everywhere and I cannot find the breed profiles. You know where they were all listed in alphabetical order with general facts about each breed. Where are those now?I app.

Broody breaking is going well got one more cage built and the black Ostrolorp broke today so in went a black copper Marans and a Olive egger in the other cage she is really P O'ed you can't tell her from a Welsummer except for some white on the ear.

After 2 years of being really quiet, and hating the loud firecracker neighbors ACROSS the street.our neighbors NEXT DOOR, decided to have a BLAST last night , about 25 feet from our mutual property line, next to our goat paddock.
The poor animals were crying, running & stomping til midnight !
The neighbors NEXT DOOR live in a house farther down, but decided to have their shabang next to us !
Great show !
LOADS of rockets !
Terrified ALL my animals and kept us up til midnight !!!

We locked up the dog, and the geese, but still the geese freaked out all night too.
Geese are active & can see at night, unlike chickens.
I cannot believe that these 'nice' "quiet" people had a huge firworks shabang right next to our goat paddock and they NEVER bothered to let us know...or ask us if it were OK...or even if we would mind or not.
How rude !
Hope y'all survived !
I have been busy with my art shows, and we are doing OK out here.
