It finally cooled off today with a nice rain. I lost two birds last week due to extreme heat. When it gets to a certain temperature, there is really nothing else you can do. Also, we finally have blue skies.

This break in the hot weather sure does feel good though. We got a little bit of rain, definitely need more. But it feels good to have the doors and windows all open.

I should have some hatching as well the broody has been a statue through this heat. I see signs of her relieving her self but I don't know when. She has the best room in the barn but it's still been hot.

We had rain in the night about midnight didn't last long then this morning a tiny bit but yes cooler temps do feel good but still in t shirts here
