I may be loosing my supplier as they are no longer going to be farmers in the same manner they live in Hawks prairie and have been offered a huge sum to allow their property for development as they are one of the last farms on the road need to get going for the day and take shower do my birds

17% is too low for my birds. They like to strip each other of feathers for the protein in them. The best they ever did was on the 22% I'd found once.

Water right are gold at least before city water they where

Water rights are still GOLD, and always will be !

I dug & dug and found water rights filed on this parcel, so very long ago but no one else
knew !

There are probably more out there. That's been a thorn in my mowing for years. Usually the rocks we remove are the football size or so. There have been a couple bigger. Hubby split the last big one with a sledge hammer and we took it out in pieces. Mom gave me a big, heavy rock removal tool that was grandpa's. That makes it much, much easier. Basically it's an 8 foot steel pole with a point on one end and wedge on the other. Stick point in the ground at edge of rock and just wedge it up. No digging. We just flipped that big rock out and onto the pallet.

My Einstein is amazing for finding & developing springs & underground water, he has found 2 "holes" he dug with a post holer, and set them up as "tricklers" which are UP hill from the house but trickle down to here 24/7 into a tank we have to empty every day, cold, clean awesome water !

It trickles fairly fast, year round, and with no electricity as he set it up as a syphon system.
Blows my mind everyday in the morning I go out and here the tank is full again...even in the worst droughts !
The "hole" is about 12 feet deep up the hill, so we figure it's level out and set up the piping accordingly.
In winter, set drain this "hole" pipe system, and just use rain water.
