Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

that is totally up to you how ever you want to do this think I want to integrate them with new peeps not older ones.. went to check on peeps clean the main run 4 hatchery peeps dead 5 left hope not all cockerels may look at Malines faster than first planned

Well, depending on if anything happens in the next week, I picked out two of the teens. One is partridge and the other will be one of the blue partridge. Will be able to easily tell them apart as adults then since one will have the lighter base color. When I weighed a couple days ago, most of them were between 8 and 12 ounces.

The really big one is just a little smaller than my smallest hen. She weighed in at 1.5 pounds at 10 weeks. Adults should only be 2 pounds!

your choice for me okay just want them to grow or be grown as I have some to grow with them. Picking up a cockerel tomorrow that is EE about 8 months old so will be my number two keeping one lavender but thinking I will move those pullets to main coop Richards favorite EE is back out happy again will not place anything barred as they had her hiding 24/7 beating her up may only have 4 pullet from the 11

Silkies are calm once pecking order has been established. Usually even calmer than EEs and ameraucana.

Both pullets are banded which tells me the white rooster is the father. So both carry a copy of recessive white.

If you're keeping them with an EE rooster, you may want to put saddles on them. The heavy rooster weight tends to cause more feather breakage.

This is only an example of the colors. Partridge and blue partridge.
