Already in the low 40's have a small fan always on in my silkie coop. Close the window to just a bit turn the fan off, it stayes pretty warm.. Banty are the ones I would worry about

They have a tractor a partial roof on it 2 pieces of metal roofing .. The main coop is solid they go out in the tractor allot it has been made cat proof also
they do like to get the poofs on head wet.. No birds take cold blowing over them but ventilation in a coop can stop frostbite in cold weather
