Morning peeps just had to share what my mom gave me for Christmas. A chicken apron complete with chicken buttons and chicken wire its just too cute not to share

We transplanted from the Seattle area this summer to the TriCities. I'm so not prepared for this level of cold, first time experiencing single digits brrrr.

The girls are not a fan of the white lava. We shovel them a route from the coop to the porch/introduction pen a few times a day currently so they will at least leave the coop Just added more roosting bars this morning so no pictures of them all posted up watching the lava with disdain.

A few of mine are 7 they have never walked in snow .. We have not had much till after moving here .. They do not walk even if it scattered they fly over like it is on fire.

Mine have refused to come out since it snowed too. A couple of the sex links will come look out the door but the rest won’t even look!

The older of my girls refuse, but the young ones love the snow. It makes me worried they'll get frostbite.
