Understand that have two roma plants just starting to build fruit, I wanted to try my own sauce this year ?

Yes, I'd love to do that too. All my tomatoes are romas. No such luck this year.

I have 4 cosmic crisp apples I put them in bag together.

I also have 4 cosmic crisp as well, still on the tree, ripening.

Start taking them in use a net or whatever or don't let them out a few days. So they can learn where to roost.

I use the net to chase them....makes a great arm extension.

I just had a rooster die right in front of me while I was feeding this morning

I, too, had a 5 mo. old rooster die suddenly. He was crowing and mating, being cocky and just fine the day before. Thought it was awfully quiet one morning, and found him in a nesting box..Look up sudden death syndrome. So sad.

I have cuts on both legs had to chase a silkie around the yard for like 10 minutes ..
We had cut blackberry canes. Burn ban had to just make a pile of them.

Silkies are good at evading. You wouldn't think so with the crests.

Little tyke sure had us going .. They are not year yet and full of it.. Other three went in fine they leap on put laps to go in.. Often the two silkie stay out longer than the other two.

My silkies are always the last ones in.

They usually stay by the door the two silkie are both white.. We have Fraz who started a frizzle now mostly dark sikie now frizzle wings.
shift nob is just her sweet as can be .. little polish in her... close feathers never out of place.
