Commercial bird flu in Franklin County was just confirmed. That's over by the Tri-Cities.

Bird flu has canceled many of the shows this last year.

Here's one link for shows. Many aren't scheduled yet for next year. Washington Feather Fanciers usually has one in spring at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe.

Good morning it is frosty cold out here like post card frosty.
I make something in between Tamales and burritos. Masa flower,egg water a bit of salt or cornbread flour. I am making a tamalie pie tomorrow.

My mom made a great tamale pie! I loved it! I got the recipe and made it once and DH says “I don’t like tamales” What a weirdo.
