We are having pretty sustained winds now. Should be coming your way.

Had quite a bit of wind this afternoon, all tarps held up fine. Pikake laid another cute egg today. I think her sister is laying the other cute torpedo egg. She's all normal. When the girls get tired of the boys they just roost on a couple long lumber pieces that stick out through the fencing, or somewhere in a tree. 10 eggs over two days, avg. 5 per day.

They gave me 5 today.

It is windy and pouring right now! Cat is bored inside, but he cannot go outside..His neuter appointment is tomorrow morning. I don't think he'd like being out is this weather anyway. He'll have to be kept inside for 2 weeks so he doesn't stress his incision site. Hoping and praying we keep power on.

Did you get any wind? We did not! I’m so happy about that! DH got our generator running so that’s why.

No WOOHOO there was big gust about 7:30?8pm but that was it , a very normal day.

Good morning I was up at 8:30 which is good enough for me.
I have the fire in the wood burner, made coffee.
No rain yet here.

We have lost power like 3 times in the 9 years we have been here.

We lose power at least three times a year! We have lost power twice this year.

It is a nice sunny day here. Not sure it will stay that way, but I'll take what we can get!
