I went to put away my hens at 5:16 or so, they were still dancing in the yard. I had to wait until later.

And, it will get later, and later, as we all well know. It is nice not to be dark at 4:30 pm.

Pullet had full crop again tonight. I'm very happy.

Molly still limps but has gotten very fast again. Even if she always has a limp she'll be fine. I'll just keep her away from teen cockerels.

Teen boys are the worst. I have one rooster he was not with all the girls as a teenager.
Took pity on them.

One of them still hasn't gotten the mounting balance down quite yet, and many times the other also tries at the same time. Poor girls.

Entertaining for sure, but be sure to protect your hens if they are too rambunctious.

Mine aren’t very tall anymore. I have them where I can do them all standing in the ground with my pole pruner.
