When I opened the small coop this morning there was small tan egg on the floor in front of the nest box.

I love cauliflower any way it comes! I think I first started liking it having it in the pickled giardiniera. Hot and spicy!

Oh man...I forgot about hot cauliflower. So good!

Cauliflower boiled and baked was how I grew up eating it. Mom boiled the whole head until tender, put it in a baking pan, poured over the cheese sauce, topped it with breadcrumbs and baked it. Delicious!

Ma never added any sauce or seasoning at all.

I have a cheesy cauliflower recipe that is really good.

Luckily no rain this morning. Hoping it warms up enough to eat dinner on the deck. Having friends over and being able to sit out there.
