Yes, making yogurt and (kefir - ferments longer)are so easy, L-reuteri yogurt is what I do. Have you read the book Super Gut? its on amazon and a fantastic book. LINK--

I have not read the book. L. reuteri is a new one to me. Lots of benefits according to what I read.

I used Nancy's Probiotic yogurt as a starter, which, according to the label doesn't include the L.reuteri bacteria.
