Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

I just posted in the new members section and was told to come here too.

Briefly: new to having chickens (new to country life for that matter). Bought a house near Yacolt, WA in July. Loving it! Learning how to care for the chickens we inherited with the property. Hoping to learn lots more on these forums. Slightly overwhelmed too. :)
Welcome to the htread ! and fair warning...it moves very fast & is very addictive !!
And watch out for the Rustler !!!!!!!!!!

Hi all. Decided to drop by and check out the new thread. Also wanted to share a progress picture of the High Tunnel. Should have it ready for plastic this weekend providing there is no wind. So excited about growing in it soon.

Oh My! Be still my pounding heart! I'm SO jealous! You lucky ducky you, that's going to be FABULOUS!

For those that are gear heads:
Einstein has met his match !
The van head lights suddenly do not work !
Parking lights do work...and all "fuses" are good.
He even took the entire light switch OUT disconnected, and when he turned the key on, the head lights came on !!!!!!!!!!!
He is flippin here !!!!!!!!!!
(The chump is stumped ! )
What do you think it could be ?
Some sort of modulator or ?????????????????
It is a bummer we have to have head lights on to drive in the rain or at night...so really need to get this fixed.........
PM me if you have had this issue or know anything about it.

BTW this is an 07 Chrysler T & C minivan.
Thanks all~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hang on tight this is a fast and sometimes scarry ride. But you ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE TO GAIN the knowledge you may desire. Don't be afraid to ask any questions. We all had to start from where you are.

I have Raynaud's Syndrom, where the veins & arteries in all 4 extremeities go bye bye if it is below 50-40 degrees.
In the hospital (COLD) last March they did a CT scan with dye on me, for abdominal reasons, and had to inject about a pint of dye in my hand.

I told them it would not work...so they took forever to find a vein, and then once on the table, PUSHED all the dye while shoving me into the CT scanner (It is scarey enough without the dye) horrible noises................and of course the vein ruptured, and made a HUGE black tennis ball of goo under the skin on my hand...scared the YKW outta me...and instantly I could feel HEAT going through ALL veins/arteries.
I guess enough dye went through to get good pics...I will NEVER EVER do it again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SEE!!! I TOLD YOU ALL THAT NEEDLES ARE BADDDD!!!!

CL.... I'm sooo sorry that hurt so bad!!!
